Tour Plan
Depart from your beach resort or Moi Airport early and head to Taita Hills. Upon arrival, check in and have lunch. Take a short break and then enjoy an afternoon game drive until sunset. Return to your lodge to relax and get ready for dinner. Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary offers incredible game viewing opportunities, with attractions such as elephants, Cape buffalo, African bush elephants, leopards, lions, cheetahs, and dik-diks. The sanctuary also features the World War 1 museum and battlefields. It is a migratory corridor for animals traveling between Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks, making it an excellent dispersal area. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at Salt Lick Safari Lodge.
As the day breaks, depart from your lodge for a resourceful game viewing. It's at this time that wildlife is actively seen. Return to your lodge for breakfast. This will be followed by a check out and proceed to another short game drive on your way to exit. Proceed to your beach resort, arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel or residence.
